Lotte Hoevers is a member of the Labour & Flex team. She obtained her master’s degree in Private Law, specialising in employment law, at Utrecht University. During her master’s degree course, she wrote her thesis on the Bill on the Modernisation of Non-Compete Clauses.

Lotte gained experience in both employment law and corporate law during her studies. She also volunteered at the Utrecht Legal Advice Centre and was an active board member of various student organisations.
