Daisy Greuter is a lawyer within the Labour & Flex team. She combines an analytical approach with a keen eye for practicalities, and enjoys working with employers and HR professionals.
Daisy has extensive experience in dismissal law and also acts as a sparring partner for HR teams. She advises on complex issues related to employment contracts, the amendment and implementation of employment conditions, and the legal aspects of flexible labour. She helps organisations navigate the laws and regulations surrounding flexible employment relationships and find legally sound and workable solutions. Her structured approach and commitment enable her to provide clear and practical advice.
Daisy has been a lawyer since 2020 and joined Köster immediately after obtaining two master’s degrees (Private Law and Employment Law) at the University of Amsterdam.
