Ajay Heidsma is involved within the Labour & Flex team with triangular relationships and other flexible employment relationships, focusing in particular on employee participation and the commercial aspects of employment law.
“Several factors play an important role in flexible employment relationships. As an intermediary, you want to create an optimal position in the market within the complex playing field of laws and regulations, but the implementation is hampered by those very regulations. I try to find the sweet spot for the employer. This goes beyond simply explaining laws and regulations. I like to contribute ideas at management level in order to achieve an optimal and truly practicable result.”
Ajay regularly publishes articles for various legal and practice-oriented journals, including OR-rendement, HR-rendement and ArbeidsRecht. Ajay has been a lawyer since 2020 and joined Köster immediately after graduating from the University of Amsterdam.
