Ronny Zeilemaker advises businesses of all sizes on employment law matters. He has particular expertise in flexible working arrangements, self-employment and false self-employment.
Ronny advises on engaging self-employed contractors, false self-employment, employment status and other issues relating to flexible working arrangements. He also assists clients with drafting and interpreting employment contracts and management agreements, equity participation and bonus schemes, restructurings and the termination of working relationships. He remains alert to legal risks while taking care not to place unnecessary restrictions on the freedom to run a business.

Ronny has been providing legal advice to business owners, employers and intermediaries for more than ten years. The increasing flexibility of the labour market has been a recurring theme throughout his practice. In 2016, he wrote his thesis on self-employment and false self-employment, a subject that has only grown in relevance since then. He was admitted to the Dutch Bar in 2021.
