Contract law specialist Jasper Schnezler assists entrepreneurs in drafting, revising and negotiating commercial contracts. Before joining Köster, Jasper worked at a medium-sized law firm in Leiden and in PwC’s commercial contracts practice. He gained experience there in contract work, advice and proceedings for both SMEs and multinationals in a wide range of sectors.

With his background in IT, Jasper is well versed in technology. He closely follows the developments in artificial intelligence and other technologies. Jasper adds value for his clients by speaking their technological language and combining that skill with his legal knowledge. Jasper regularly assists providers and customers with IT and AI projects, from both a strategic and a legal perspective.
Jasper completed the postgraduate specialist programme in intellectual property law (Mr. S.K. Martens Academie) cum laude in 2022. He also focuses on privacy law, a subject on which he regularly lectures as a guest lecturer at VU University Amsterdam.
