Jan Koekkoek is a partner and focuses on corporate law in the broadest sense, ranging from mergers to disputes. His style is direct and no-nonsense, entrepreneurial and result-oriented: he simply does what he says.
In addition to his work as a lawyer, Jan has acted (and still acts) as a supervisory director for various companies and institutions, such as NH Media, Recreatiepark Sandur, and the ProtectCorp u.a. cooperative. He has completed a supervisory director training programme at TIAS School for Business and Society, and is also a member of the NCD, the Dutch Association of Supervisory Directors & Managing Directors. He’s also a member of the Appeals Board of the Examination Board.
He often collaborates with other disciplines, such as accountants, tax consultants, civil-law notaries, organisational consultants and other experts, which has of course also taught him to look at problems from different perspectives.
His broad interests and experience therefore make him the strategic sparring partner and adviser who steers his clients to the best and often creative solutions.
