Within the Corporate Law practice group, Jan Jaap van Deventer focuses primarily on making companies economically healthy and is increasingly involved in the settlement of estates and divorce and the division of business assets, for instance in the case of divorces. His experience as a trustee in bankruptcies comes in handy here. Using legal tools, he helps companies move forward, also when they’re in a tough patch.
