Hessel Haan specialises in corporate law. He focuses on corporate M&A and corporate litigation within the Corporate Law practice group. Hessel assists clients in disputes within companies, such as shareholder conflicts and directors’ liability. He also advises entrepreneurs on mergers and acquisitions, and helps them to reach the best possible deal:

Hessel obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law and a master’s degree in Corporate Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam. He joined Köster Advocaten in October 2025. Before that time, he worked as an M&A lawyer at Marktlink. He gained practical experience at various law firms during his studies. Hessel is a member of the Young M&A Community.
