Francijn specialises in corporate law with a specific focus on transactions and all the related issues. Before joining Köster, Francijn worked for ten years as a lawyer for HVG Law in the Corporate Commercial and M&A practice. That’s where her love for corporate law, and mergers and acquisitions in particular, began and developed.
Francijn advises and guides her clients in all aspects and phases of a transaction, from a Letter of Intent (LOI) and a due diligence investigation, to the final transaction documentation and all related issues, including aspects that are less legal in nature:

In addition to guiding transactions, Francijn has extensive experience in corporate governance, joint venture agreements, mergers, and other corporate law matters.
Francijn has worked at Köster since 2021. She graduated from the University of Groningen in 2011. She completed the Grotius specialisation course in Company and Corporate Law in 2016.
