Köster Advocaten has advised SPA Capital on its successful acquisition of Accres HR Solutions
SPA Capital has acquired a minority stake in Accres HR Solutions, a Dutch company specialising in HR solutions. Accres HR Solutions has been bringing supply and demand on the labour market together for over 35 years. From part-time to full-time, from commercial job to production worker. The company has branches in Deurne, Someren and Valkenswaard. SPA Capital will assist Accres with knowledge, expertise, network and entrepreneurial experience to jointly realise the (growth) ambitions.
