Student traineeship at Köster Advocaten
We’re delighted that you’re interested in a student traineeship at Köster Advocaten. An eight-week traineeship is the ideal way to get to know the legal profession and our firm.
What will you be doing?
By participating in various internal meetings, discussions with clients, and online and in-court hearings, and by conducting case law research and writing advisory memos, we can give you an impression of a lawyer’s daily practice. It’s also a great way to get to know all your colleagues at Köster and to take part in the social events organised by the firm. You’ll truly be part of the team during those weeks!
Who's it for?
Our traineeships are available to students who are approaching the end of their bachelor’s or master’s degree course. If you’ve almost completed your studies, you’re welcome to apply. What will you be doing?
You’ve completed your master’s degree course and are at the start of your career. You’re looking for a firm where you’ll be challenged, taken seriously and coached. At Köster, you’ll start your career as a trainee lawyer in a team that suits you, at a club where you’d like to belong.
What you learn about the profession is important, but what you bring to the table as a person is just as vital. We’re a close-knit team in which everyone works hard, is critical, and keeps the other members alert. But we also enjoy working together, laughing and celebrating successes.

Ik heb een hele leuke en leerzame tijd gehad bij Köster. Je wordt hier met open armen ontvangen en echt meegenomen in de dagelijkse bezigheden binnen het kantoor. Zo ben ik mee geweest naar zittingen, afspraken met cliënten, heb ik memo’s geschreven en heb ik deelgenomen aan verschillende cursussen. Naast de inhoudelijke werkzaamheden is er ook genoeg ruimte voor gezelligheid en sociale activiteiten, wat zorgt voor een fijne werksfeer. Kortom, deze periode was voor mij een hele waardevolle ervaring.
Floor
Twee maanden meedraaien in het team van Köster advocaten als student-stagiair is mij ontzettend goed bevallen! Tijdens deze stage heb ik veel verschillende uitzoekopdrachten mogen doen, interessante cursussen gevolgd en zittingen bijgewoond. Als student-stagiair word je hartelijk ontvangen en echt onderdeel van het team! De combinatie van professionele begeleiding en een ontspannen werksfeer maakten het een leerzame en fijne ervaring.
Nyah
Tijdens mijn stage bij Köster Advocaten heb ik in de afgelopen twee maanden enorm veel ervaring opgedaan. In deze periode mocht ik een hoop verschillende zittingen en besprekingen met cliënten bijwonen. Daarnaast heb ik een aantal cursussen kunnen volgen en ben ik bezig geweest met het uitvoeren van uitzoekopdrachten binnen alle rechtsgebieden waarin het kantoor werkzaam is. Ik werd volledig in het team opgenomen, wat ervoor zorgde dat ik een goed kijkje kreeg in de praktijk. De collega’s waren erg fijn om mee te werken en er hing een hele aangename sfeer onderling. Ook kon ik altijd overal met mijn vragen terecht. Kortom heeft deze stage bij Köster mijn aandacht voor de advocatuur ontzettend aangewakkerd!
Isa
Bij Köster Advocaten heb ik op veelzijdige wijze kennis mogen maken met de advocatuur. Twee maanden lang word je volledig in het team opgenomen en maak je mee hoe het er in de praktijk aan toe gaat. Naast het proeven van de kantoorsfeer heb ik meerdere malen verschillende zittingen mogen bijwonen. Deze stage heeft mijn interesse in de advocatuur bevestigd.

Bij Köster Advocaten word je als stagiaire met open armen ontvangen. Je krijgt hier echt de mogelijkheid om mee te kijken in de praktijk en een onderdeel uit te maken van het team. Door Köster weet ik zeker dat de keuze om advocate te worden de juiste is!
Mies
In eerste instantie wilde ik het notariaat in, maar tijdens mijn stage bij Köster Advocaten heb ik een passie voor de advocatuur ontwikkeld.
Miluska
Ik heb mijn stage bij Köster als heel prettig ervaren. Vanuit mijn eigen werkplek kreeg ik uitzoekopdrachten van advocaten, mocht ik mee naar zittingen en kreeg ik de kans om besprekingen met cliënten bij te wonen. Op deze manier zie en leer je heel veel van de praktijk. Het was een prettige omgeving om stage te lopen met goede begeleiding waar nodig en fijne collega’s. Ik ben een hele leerzame ervaring rijker.

Het is erg leuk dat je in beginsel als stagiair de algemene praktijk draait, zodat je van alle rechtsgebieden van het kantoor wat meekrijgt.

Het is mij tijdens de stage duidelijk geworden dat niet alleen de theorie maar ook de praktijk mij aanspreekt.
