After obtaining her master’s degree in Private Law in Amsterdam in 2018, Tosca Deenik joined Köster and was sworn in as a lawyer in February 2019. Since then, she has worked in the Dispute Resolution and Property & Administrative Law teams.

Property law covers a wide range of legal disciplines. Knowledge of the industry is just as essential as knowledge of the law. Tosca is particularly active in the areas of property purchases and sales, construction law, and the liability of professionals such as estate agents, lawyers and architects.

Procedural law is a profession in its own right; only with sound knowledge of the rules of litigation can a case be handled properly in legal proceedings. Tosca also works on cassation cases as a member of the Procedural Law team. Cassation requires its own approach and perspective. This perspective is also valuable in proceedings before the District Court or the Court of Appeal; should the case go to cassation, it will be in the best possible position. The combination with property law means that Tosca is at home in all legal proceedings, from arbitration to cassation before the Supreme Court.
