Nicky Loekemeijer works as a lawyer in the Property Law team, focusing on general administrative law, environmental law and spatial planning. Her work includes zoning plans, environmental permits and enforcement issues.

Her clients can rely on it that their cases are in good hands with Nicky. She always aims to find the best possible solution, which in her view must be practically feasible in the long term. This requires looking beyond the legal dispute itself. Nicky always gives honest advice on the best course of action:

“No one wants years of costly legal proceedings that only exacerbate tensions and ultimately fail to lead to a long-term solution.”

Nicky was sworn in as a lawyer in January 2018. Before joining Köster Advocaten, she worked for five years at a law firm in Amsterdam, where she also specialised in property law. She studied at Utrecht University and the University of Amsterdam. In addition to her legal education, she also obtained a bachelor’s degree in social geography and physical planning.

In her leisure time, Nicky enjoys dancing salsa, bachata and kizomba, as well as teaching dance classes.
