Dominique Nolet

Dominique is a property law specialist and offers practical and clear advice on a wide range of property issues. She can assist you in the purchase and sale of property, advise on purchase and tenancy agreements, and help resolve construction disputes. With more than twenty years of experience in equestrian sports, Dominique also assists her clients in legal matters relating to the construction of equestrian facilities, such as riding schools and livery stables. Her broad expertise and personal commitment ensure appropriate solutions for every property or equestrian issue.

If legal proceedings are unavoidable, you can rely on Dominique’s decisiveness and perseverance. Your case will be argued persuasively. She will of course do so wearing a gown bearing her own initials, so that it’s clear to everyone who’s representing your interests.

Dominique joined Köster Advocaten on 1 July 2025. Before that time, she gained eight years of experience at a medium-sized law firm in the region. Dominique studied at Leiden University and worked at the District Court of The Hague during her studies. In addition to her work, she is committed to charitable causes and is a member of the Alkmaar Ladies Circle service club.
