“A legal solution must also be practically feasible.”

Roos de Grave has been a lawyer since 2016 and specialises in landlord & tenant law. She advises and litigates in both residential matters (on behalf of landlords) and commercial property matters.

Roos’s approach is always solution-oriented: a legal solution must also be practically feasible. She acts as a sparring partner for her clients and can make complex matters accessible by quickly getting to the heart of the matter.

Roos completed the Landlord & Tenant Law Specialisation Course of the Association of Landlord & Tenant Lawyers (VHA) cum laude in 2024. She is an author for SDU Commentaar Huurrecht, writes the Kort en Bonding Huurrecht column for the Tijdschrift voor de Procespraktijk journal, and regularly gives courses on landlord & tenant law. Roos started her legal career at a medium-sized Amsterdam law firm, where she worked in the field of construction and property law. She studied at Utrecht University, Leiden University and Charles University in Prague.
